DEEP DIVING CERTIFICATION

The Deep Diving program provides students with the knowledge and skills needed to safely conduct open water dives to depths between 18 and 40 meters.

Pre-requisites

Minimum age: 15 years old.
Have the following certifications or equivalent from a recognized training agency: Open Water

Duration and depth limitations

Recommended hours for completion: 10-15.
Open water training dives:
- Dive 1: 18 to 24 meters
- Dive 2: 24 to 30 meters
- Dive 3: 30 to 40 meters

Requirements for completion

Complete all academic sessions and assessments outlined in the instructor manual for Deep Diving.
Complete the program’s final exam.
Complete at least three (3) open water training dives as outlined in the instructor manual for Deep Diving.
